These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of paigepeckpics.com and purchases made through this website, operated by Paige Peck DBA Paige Peck Photography ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and Services

We offer photography prints (physical products) and digital photo downloads. All photographs displayed on this website are owned by Paige Peck and protected by copyright law.

Orders and Payment

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars. By placing an order, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable shipping costs and taxes.

Digital Downloads

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable.

Physical Prints

Physical prints are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times vary based on product and destination. Risk of loss transfers to us—if your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a photograph (digital or print), you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or use purchased photographs for any commercial purpose. Copyright remains with Paige Peck. Unauthorized use constitutes copyright infringement.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. If you receive a damaged physical print, contact us within 7 days of delivery at paigetpeck@gmail.com with photos of the damage, and we will evaluate replacement options.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cobb County, Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
